Our All-Inclusive Tour Packages
While every itinerary is built from scratch and no two trips are the exactly the same, our tour packages generally incorporate several key elements that most groups find valuable:
Trip Leader Benefits:
- $1000 cash stipend paid to you before the tour for administrative purposes
- Chaperones travel free at a 1:20 ratio in double occupancy (but we’ll adjust lower if requested)
- Secure online registration and payment portal so you don’t have to handle any money
Travel & Accommodations:
- Round-trip transportation via air or private motorcoach
- Deluxe hotel accommodations in quad occupancy for paying travelers and double occupancy for free chaperones
- Private motorcoach for travel at your destination
All-Inclusive Tour Package:
- Hot buffet breakfasts at your hotel each morning
- Dinners each night on tour (lunches optional)
- Professional Tour Escort with your group 24 hours/day to manage your trip
- All admissions and city highlights on your itinerary

Our Registration & Payment Portal
Our secure registration website lets parents sign up and pay directly, so you never have to handle any money. Once families register- rosters, lists and reports are instantly available on your phone or computer. Our portal handles it all, so you can focus on the trip instead of the paperwork.

Students can share a personal crowdfunding link with supporters or on social media, and any donations are credited straight to their trip account.

Submit bulk credits for your students that were collected from fundraisers.
Financial Flexibility
Allows parents to setup an Autopay or manually control payments.

Create and manage hotel room lists, bus or flight lists, chaperone groups, etc.

Safety Comes First, Always
The safety and well-being of you, and everyone in your group, is always our top priority.
Throughout the entire trip, your group is accompanied by a professional Tour Escort with experience leading school groups. The Tour Escort is with your group 24/7 to ensure your trip runs safely and smoothly.
Each night, private security monitors the hotel hallways so chaperones (and parents back home) can rest knowing students will remain in their rooms.
We partner exclusively with trusted transportation providers, reputable and student-friendly hotels, and vetted third-party vendors who meet our rigorous safety standards.
Every traveler is covered under our comprehensive liability insurance, adding another layer of protection and peace of mind.
Before your trip, you will receive their Tour Director’s personal cell phone number for around the clock for guidance or support. Our team is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
