Our Story
Founded in 1976 by Marty Abrams, a former school teacher in Brooklyn, Junior Tours has always operated as a family run business. We’ve earned an impeccable reputation for treating our clients with honesty, integrity and respect. We are with you every step of the way. Think of us as your personal concierge handling every small detail for your entire group’s travel plans. Teachers who travel with Junior Tours return year after year and become part of our extended family.
In 2012, Junior Tours acquired Manhattan Tour & Travel, another family owned Tour Company who focused solely on planning Theatre Art Tours in New York City. The merger created many opportunities for all our clients who benefit from greater organizational resources.
We are a boutique Tour Company focusing exclusively on the needs of the educational travel market. Our tour packages are fully customized. Our prices are affordable for students. Each itinerary is designed to reflect the interests and educational goals of the group leader.
Teachers from all 50 states come to Junior Tours looking for an exceptional travel experience for their students…and that’s exactly what we provide them.
