I was blown away by the incredible customer service.
I want to send a big shout out to everyone in the office who helped me plan this trip. Every time I called (and it was often since this was my first time planning a trip) the entire staff was patient and helpful. The icing on the cake was when Rich, my tour coordinator, visited me at breakfast to make sure we were happy with the tour. Great customer service like that is hard to find.
