There are simple ways to help more students and families learn about your trip.
Hosting a parent meeting gives families an opportunity to hear about the experience, understand what is included, learn how registration works, and ask questions before signing up. Junior Tours can also join your meeting virtually to help present the trip and answer questions.
You can also broaden your reach by partnering with another teacher, department, ensemble, club, or program. When permitted by your school, inviting parents or other family members to travel can help expand participation as well.
We also recommend keeping the trip visible through school announcements, email, posters, communication channels, photos from previous trips, student ambassadors, and periodic reminders.
Make Registration Simple
Once a family is interested, taking the next step should be easy.
With the Junior Tours online registration portal, families can register and make payments directly online. Trip leaders can follow registration progress from their dashboard without collecting checks or manually tracking individual balances.
We provide the registration materials, tour code, instructions, and other information you need to clearly direct families to the next step.
Keep the Trip Moving
Launching the trip is only the beginning. As registration progresses, we can help with reminder materials, additional flyers, parent communication, fundraising resources, or other materials that help keep the opportunity visible.
If registration is moving more slowly than expected, talk to your tour coordinator. We can help identify additional ways to reach families and provide new materials specifically for your group.
