Helpful Hints about Junior Tours Direct Online Billing Service
REGISTRATION
Parents can register by either:
(i) going online (www.juniortoursonline.com)
They will need the Tour Number and a Visa, MasterCard or Discover
(ii) mailing the registration form and a check to Junior Tours

No payment will be processed until the minimum group size is met.
If the minimum group size is not met, the trip can be canceled and nobody will lose any money.
DEPOSIT PROTECTION COVERAGE (DPC)
When registering, parents will have the option to purchase Deposit Protection Coverage (DPC).
If purchased, the participant will get a full refund if they cancel the tour for any reason up until 24 hours before departure. The DPC may only be purchased at the time of initial registration.
REGISTERING FREE CHAPERONES
To register a Free Chaperone please mail or fax (732-566-0216) a registration form marked “Free Chaperone” across the top of the page.
INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT FEATURES
(i) Auto-Pay: parents will have the option to have their credit card automatically charged on the payment dates.
(ii) Linked Accounts: families with multiple people traveling will have the ability to link accounts and use one username/password to see account balances and make payments.
(iv) Payment Reminders: 10 days before deposits are due, we will email a reminder to the parents to stay current with the deposit schedule as set forth on the registration form.
(iii) Making Payments: parents can log in and make a partial or full payment anytime.
(v) Late Fees: Accounts that are not up to date will be charged a $25 late fee five days after the payment due date.
GROUP LEADER(S) ACCOUNT FEATURES
(i) Only the Group Leader(s) will be able to see who has registered as well as their account balances.
(ii) Through the website you can mass email your group messages anytime.
(iii) Paying participants will automatically be charged the quad occupancy price and expected to be in a room with four people. Only the Group Leader(s) or Junior Tours will be able change the room type to single, double or triple. The website will automatically adjust their final balance accordingly.
REMINDERS
Please advise your Tour Coordinator if you become aware that a tour participant has decided not to travel.
